Political situation in Egypt:

Etihad Airways is monitoring the situation in Egypt very closely. At this stage, all scheduled flights to Cairo and Alexandria are operating as planned.

Customers can book tickets by contacting the numbers mentioned below.

Etihad guests, who have purchased their tickets on/before 28th Jan 2011, for travel to/from Cairo/Alexandria and now wish to alter their flight plans as a result of political situation in Egypt, can do the following:

For flight changes 
Rebook to a new date for travel until and including 28th Feb 2011. Changes can be made free of charge.  
Any service fees are waived.

For refunds
REFUND is permitted free of charge, whether ticket is partially utilized or fully unutilized. Refund must be applied before 28th Feb 2011. Any service fees are waived.

The Etihad Sales and Reservations office in Cairo is currently closed but Reservations staff are available at the airport and Etihad’s Contact Centre is available 24 x 7, in UAE please call 800 2277 or from Egypt +20 2 2578 1303 or 0800 0000 147.



Advice for Guests

• Should any flights be cancelled for whatever reason, Etihad will provide assistance in rebooking the flights as required.
• Please continue to check the Etihad website or call your local Etihad office for the latest information regarding any disruption.
