Wheelchair Assistance
Etihad will provide meet and assistance services your guest who have reduced mobility. When you are making a reservation for such a guest, this needs to be noted as PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) and with the appropriate 4 letter code
WCHR - Passengers who can ascend/ descend aircraft steps and are able to make their own way to their cabin seat
WCHS - Passengers who cannot ascend/descend aircraft steps but are able to make their own way to /from their cabin seat
WCHC - Passengers who are completely immobile and require assistance to ascend/descend the aircraft steps and to/from their cabin seat. This service may require medical clearance prior to departure, click here to read about this.
Please ensure that the correct type of wheelchair request is added to the booking at the earliest opportunity.
