Earn Etihad Guest Miles with Partner
You can now earn Etihad Guest Miles when traveling with airberlin and NIKI. Simply quote your Etihad Guest Number when making a booking with airberlin or NIKI and remember to present your Etihad Guest Card at check-in. The number of miles earned will depend on the class of booking as shown below.

• Booking classes eligible for mileage accrual: J, C, D, I, Y, B, H, K, M, L, V, S, N, Q, O, G
• Flights marketed by airberlin and NIKI and operated by a third-party carrier other than airberlin and NIKI or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
• Charter flights operated by airberlin and NIKI are not eligible for mileage accrual.
• Flights taken on airberlin and NIKI are eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore do contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Silver, Gold or Gold Elite Tier.

• Flights marketed and operated by airberlin and NIKI.
• airberlin and NIKI code share flights which are operated by those carriers.

Claim Missing Partner Miles
Please retain your tickets and boarding passes until such time your miles are credited to your account. If you do not receive the credits within six weeks, please advise the Etihad Guest Service Centre on +800 GUEST. Missing miles can be claimed up to 6 months from the date of travel.

Redeem Miles
To make a reward booking on airberlin and NIKI, please contact the Etihad Guest Service Centre at least 14 days prior to your intended date of travel. Flights that are both operated and marketed by airberlin and NIKI, are available for redemption.

• Applicable taxes and surcharges will have to be paid at the time of ticket issuance.
• Redemption tickets are non refundable.
• Redemptions on airberlin and NIKI are for one way and/or return bookings only.
• The values in the table are one way values, the return values will be double of the one way values.
• Redemption tickets on airberlin and NIKI are valid for a maximum period of one year from the original date of departure booked.
• Date changes are possible free of charge within validity.
• Redeeming miles for upgrades on partner flights are not permitted.
