If you do have Etihad Guest Miles that you need to claim for, please follow these simple steps:
Missing miles for your Etihad Airways flightPlease remember that you must claim for miles within 6 months of the date of travel.
Send in the following details to
retroclaims@etihadguest.com for any Etihad Airway flight that is within the eligible claim period, together with a copy of your boarding pass and e-ticket.

• Your First Name
• Yours Last Name
• Etihad Flight Number : eg. EY0100
• Origin
• Destination
• Cabin
• Booked Class
• Booking Reference: (PNR)
• Ticket Number

Missing miles for a partner airline flightIn the event that you find miles missing from your account for flights you have taken on any of our airline partners, simply scan a copy or your boarding card and email it a long with your ticket details and Etihad Guest Number to

Non air partnersMiles earned with any of our non-air partners appear on your regular statements. However, if you find that any transactions with non-air partners are missing from your statement, kindly contact the partner concerned within six months of the transaction.
