Visa on Arrival
Citizens of the countries listed below are allowed to enter the UAE without a visa prior to arrival. Immigration officials may grant a visit visa, which is valid for 30 days, on arrival at the port of entry.

• Holders of British overseas passports issued in Hong Kong or China can obtain a visa on arrival at Abu Dhabi Airport.
• GCC Nationals can also enter the UAE without a visa.

E-Visa
Two types of e-visa service is offered to guests flying on Etihad Airways: tourist visa and long term visit visa.
Fee
A tourist visa costs AED 275.
A long term visit visa costs AED 1157.
Process
To apply for an online tourist visa or long visit visa, guests should contact their local Etihad office and provide the following documents:
• A clear, colour copy of their passport.
• A passport-sized colour photo.
• Completed immigration form.
Each guest applying for a visa will need to pay a refundable guarantee payment of AED 1000.
You may only book and purchase your Etihad Airways ticket once your visa application has been approved.
Validity after entering UAE
A tourist visa is valid for 30 days from the first day of entry.
A long term visit visa is valid for 3 months from the first day of entry.
Validity before entering UAE
Both tourist visa and long term visit visas are valid for 60 days from the date on which they were issued.
Please note:
• Visa applications have to be submitted 14 UAE working days prior to departure.
• In the case of approval not being given or granted prior to departure, ticketing conditions will apply.
• UAE visas are not available through Etihad office for our guest traveling from Minsk. Please contact our office in Minsk for further information.

Visa information for Guests traveling to the USA
The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) makes it mandatory for any guest qualifying under VWP (Visa Waiver Program) requiring visa on arrival via ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) to apply online and receive approval to travel prior to departure.
The current citizens or nationals of the following countries are currently eligible to travel to the United States under the VWP via ESTA:
Andorra • Australia • Austria • Belgium • Brunei • Czech Republic • Denmark • Estonia • Finland • France • Germany • Hungary • Iceland • Ireland • Italy • Japan • Latvia • Liechtenstein • Lithuania • Luxembourg • Monaco • Netherlands • New Zealand • Norway • Portugal • Republic of Malta • San Marino • Singapore • Slovakia • Slovenia • South Korea • Spain • Sweden • Switzerland • United Kingdom.
All VWP nationals must submit an online application to obtain authorisation to travel to the US. The website for guests qualifying from VWP and to apply via ESTA is www.esta.cbp.dhs.gov
Approved ESTA applications will be valid for a period of two years. It is recommended to apply for the ESTA 72 hours, before departure.
Effective 20 January 2010, any guests who do not have a visa or eligible ESTA approval at check-in will be denied boarding.
