As fluency in spoken and written English is essential, you will have to undertake an English test and will be asked to stay for the rest of the day if you pass. Your session will conclude with a short interview and, if selected, you will be invited to attend a selection interview either the following day or at a later date in Abu Dhabi.

You must be aged 21 or over at the time of joining, have 2 years customer service experience, a positive attitude and be physically fit.
