A segment is considered as a non-stop one-way journey i.e. Damascus – Abu Dhabi – Muscat – Abu Dhabi – Damascus constitutes 4 segments. In general, an 8-segment MULTIFLYER entitles you to 4 return journeys to Abu Dhabi or 2 to the GCC.

How MULTIFLYER works:
1. Contact your preferred travel agent or Etihad office to book a MULTIFLYER ticket.
2. Provide likely destinations and travel dates for all segments within the respective MULTIFLYER ticket. Except for the first segment, all destinations and dates can be changed prior to departure without any additional charges.
3. Add your Etihad Guest membership number into the booking. This is essential to ensure your membership tier upgrade and flight upgrades. If not a member yet, visit etihadguest.com to enroll.
4. Get your MULTIFLYER ticket issued.

Within 1 week from date of purchase, Etihad will contact eligible guests to confirm tier upgrades and segment upgrades. To redeem segment upgrades, guests can contact Etihad Guest Service Desk (+971 800-48378)  after purchasing a Pearl Business Class ticket for a long haul journey.
