Abu Dhabi stopovers

As Abu Dhabi is our hub, there are many opportunities to stop over in the UAE capital while you're en route between two other cities. Whether it's to see friends and family or take advantage of some of the attractive hotel packages we offer, stopovers can be on just one-way journeys or on return trips.

For example: fly London to Sydney return on Etihad with a two-night stopover in Abu Dhabi each way and spend a month in Sydney. For this you would search:

Multiple destination bookings

You can also book up to four destinations in a one-way or return journey that include stops of varying lengths all along the way. You a permitted to make two 'surface sector' breaks, meaning you can depart from a different airport from your arrival airport twice.

You can also have a stopover at some of our destinations offering onward connections on a codeshare partner airline. 

For example: fly Etihad from Abu Dhabi to Sydney, spend 10 days in Sydney, then fly to Zurich (via Abu Dhabi) on a combination of Etihad and our codeshare partner airberlin, spend 9 days in Zurich, then fly to Doha (via Abu Dhabi) on a combination of Etihad and airberlin, spend 9 days in Doha before returning to Abu Dhabi with Etihad. For this you would search:
