• Ensure you have a booking in the right class of travel.

• Ensure that your ticket is already paid for and issued.
• Contact the Etihad Guest Service Centre at least 48 hours prior to the flight.
Instant upgrades at the airport:In the event that you have forgotten to check on the upgrade possibility with the
Etihad Guest Service Centre you can try and secure an upgrade at check-in. Remember that the Etihad Guest Member whose miles are being used has to be present at the airport.
Instant Upgrades can be processed provided that you have the required number of miles, there is sufficient time before your flight and there’s a seat available.
