Enjoy waitlist priority on all our busy routes.  Simply quote your Etihad Guest Number when you book a flight and we will make every effort to ensure you can fly whenever you wish to travel.

Guaranteed Pearl Business seat, if booked 48 hours in advance (see point 2, 8)
As an Etihad Guest Gold Elite member, if you make a booking at least 48 hours in advance we will guarantee you a Pearl Business class seat on the Etihad Airways flight for your chosen route and on your chosen date - even if the flight is fully booked. The seat will be confirmed on any available flight on the chosen date and chosen route but not necessarily on the requested flight.

Note: For a guaranteed Pearl Business class seat you must book your seat in the highest business class fare (Corporate fares or ADGETP discounts not allowed). This benefit is only applicable to the Gold Elite member, not including friends and family.

Guaranteed Coral Economy seat, if booked 12 hours in advance (see point 2, 4)
As an Etihad Guest Gold Elite member, if you make a booking at least 12 hours in advance we will guarantee you a Coral Economy class seat on the Etihad Airways flight of your choice – even if the flight is fully booked.

Note: For a guaranteed seat in Coral Economy class you must book your seat in the highest economy class fare.

Lounge access (see point 2, 5)
You and an accompanying guest are invited to our World-Class Diamond First Class Lounge in Abu Dhabi International Airport  as well as to our luxury lounges exclusive for Diamond First Class guests at all other airports when traveling on Etihad Airways by simply presenting your Etihad Guest Gold Elite card.

If you wish take an accompanying guest along, you can enjoy the true luxury of our exclusive Pearl Business Class Lounge regardless of your class of travel on Etihad Airways.

Excess baggage allowance (see point 2, 6)
Take advantage of our free excess baggage allowance of 20 kg above the amount shown on your ticket.  Your excess baggage allowance is guaranteed regardless of how full your flight is.

Priority check-in and boarding (see point 3)
Etihad Guest Gold Elite members can check in at the Diamond First counter regardless of the class of travel and enjoy priority boarding at the aircraft. Simply present your Etihad Guest Card at check-in to benefit.

Fast-track immigration and baggage (see point 3,7)
Take advantage of our fast-track immigration regardless of your class when you travel on an Etihad Airways flight. Your baggage will also receive priority and arrive at the baggage carousel with the Pearl Business & Diamond First class baggage whenever possible.

Etihad Guest Gold Elite – Key points
1. Applicable on revenue tickets for Etihad Airways operated flights.
2. Only when traveling on Etihad Airways operated flights.
3. Only where service is offered.
4. Bookable in the highest economy class fare.
5. Accompanying guest should be traveling on Etihad Airways.
6. Not applicable on routes where the piece concept operates.
7. When traveling in Coral Economy Class, this service may be offered only if the facility is available and permitted by local authorities.
8. Bookable in the highest business class fare.

Attaining Etihad Guest Gold Elite Tier

You need to accumulate 125,000 Etihad Guest Tier Miles or travel 60 Etihad Guest Tier Segments within any consecutive 12 months period to become an Etihad Guest Gold Elite Member.

Etihad Guest Tier Miles/Segments are tracked in any rolling 12 months period to measure a particular Etihad Guest Tier, or upgrade to a higher Tier.

Once you have attained a tier, your status is valid for the rest of that calendar year plus one year for Silver and 2 years for Gold/Gold Elite. In addition you will enjoy the benefits of the tier for a bonus three months.
