Etihad Guest Members earn 1 mile for every 1 USD spent on all eligible transactions at the *Viceroy Hotel Group.

Effective 7th November 2012 Members will earn 1 mile for every 1 USD spent the total bill of all eligible stays at the Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabiand Viceroy Maldives.

Members will earn 1 mile for every 1 USD spent at F & B outlets at the Yas Viceroy Hotel, Abu Dhabi. (coming soon )

Mileage accrual at all other Viceroy Hotels and Resorts will be introduced shortly.



Claim Missing Partner Miles
To claim missing miles please contact Viceroy Hotels and Resorts Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi and Viceroy Maldives within six months of your stay by calling +971 2 6560875, Fax: +971 2 565 0201 or email retroclaims@viceroyhotelsandresorts.com, providing the following information:

• Your Name and Etihad Guest Number
• Date of arrival and departure
• Invoice Number of your stay

Please retain all original receipts until Etihad Guest Miles are credited to your account.



Terms and Conditions
• Please quote your Etihad Guest Number at the time of booking and present your card when checking in.
• The booking must be in the name of the Etihad Guest Member.
• Eligible Stay means any stay that has been booked at a published rate except for tour operator rates, free/complimentary stays and travel industry rates.
• Mileage earning as of 7 November 2012 is only applicable for the Yas Viceroy Hotel Abu Dhabi and Viceroy Maldives on the total bill of all eligible stays.
• Mileage earning at F & B outlets will only be at the Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi and will be introduced shortly.
• All other Viceroy Hotels and Resorts will be eligible for mileage earning shortly and this will be updated on this page.
