Claim Missing Partner miles
Please retain your tickets and boarding passes until such time your miles are credited to your account. If you do not receive the credits within six weeks, please advise the Etihad Guest Service Centre on +800 GUEST. Missing miles can be claimed up to 6 months from the date of travel. Requests for claiming missing miles will be accepted after 14 days of the date of travel.
Redeem miles with Asiana Airlines
To redeem miles for reward flights on Asiana Airlines, members must contact the Etihad Guest Service Centre a minimum of 14 days prior to the intended date of travel. Reward flight bookings will be confirmed subject to seat availability. Applicable taxes, surcharges and/or fees listed on the ticket will have to be paid at the time of ticket issuance.
