Earn Etihad Guest Miles with Air Canada
Starting December 12, 2012; you can earn Etihad Guest Miles when traveling with Air Canada. Simply quote your Etihad Guest Number when making a booking with Air Canada and remember to present your Etihad Guest Card at check-in. The number of miles earned will depend on the class of booking as shown below.

Flights eligible for Accrual

•  All International and domestic flights operated and marketed by Air Canada

Claim Missing Partner Miles
Please retain your tickets and boarding passes until such time your miles are credited to your account. If you do not receive the credits within six weeks, please advise the Etihad Guest Service Centre on +800 GUEST. Missing miles can be claimed up to 6 months from the date of travel. Requests for claiming missing miles will be accepted after 14 days of the date of travel.

Earning Etihad Guest Miles with Air Canada

• Invalid booking classes for accrual – G, N, P, E, A (flights within Canada) and X, I, O, F, R (all flights)
• Upgraded flight segments will earn based on the original Economy Class fare paid.
• Flights marketed by Air Canada and operated by a third-party carrier other than Air Canada or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
• Charter flights operated by Air Canada are not eligible for mileage accrual.
• Flights taken on Air Canada are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Silver or Gold or Gold Elite Tier.
• The accrual structure above will be for all flights effective 1st December 2012.
