Should you find that your partner miles are missing, please contact
mmusker@smartaxrefund.com within 30 days of your transaction providing the following information:
• Your Name and Etihad Guest Number
• Date of claim
• Destination/port where card was swiped for VAT refund
• Invoice details
Please retain all original receipts until Etihad Guest Miles are credited to your account.
