Claim Missing Partner Miles

To claim missing miles, please contact Chic Outlet Shopping® within six months of your transaction at traveltrade@chicoutletshopping.com providing the following information:

     • Full Name and  your Etihad Guest Number.
     • Date of your purchase.
     • Name of the Chic Outlet Shopping® Village where the purchase(s) were made.
     • Total amount spent on Qualifying Purchases.

Please retain all original receipts until Etihad Guest Miles are credited to your account.
