Missing miles for your Etihad Airways flight
You may earn Etihad Guest Miles from the day you enroll in the Etihad Guest programme. Please remember that you must claim for miles within 6 months of the date of travel.

Missing miles for a partner airline flight
In the event that you find miles missing from your account for flights you have taken on any of our airline partners, simply scan a copy or your boarding card and email it a long with the following details to retroclaims@etihadguest.com
• Your Etihad Guest Number
• Your First Name
• Yours Last Name
• Partner Name
• Partner Flight Number
• Origin
• Destination
• Cabin
• Booked Class
• Booking Reference: (PNR)
• Ticket Number

Non air partners
Miles earned with any of our non-air partners appear on your regular statements. However, if you find that any transactions with non-air partners are missing from your statement, kindly contact the partner concerned within six months of the transaction.
