We now offer seamless, new web check-in service to all guests with confirmed bookings and who have either an e-ticket or ticket number in Etihad’s reservation system.

The new online facility gives much greater control over your travel plans, saving time and avoiding queuing at the airport by enabling easy check in from home or at work.

Web Check-in Time:
Web check in opens 20 hours before flight departure time. Guests can check in online anytime between then and 2 hours before the schedule flight departure time.

Form of Identification
The following forms of identification can be used:

• PNR (Booking Reference Number): 6 digit alpha-numeric booking reference (Etihad Airways PNR) located on your Itinerary. (e.g. YIJHDZ)
• Etihad Guest Number: 12 digit number ( e.g. 100013753546)
• e-ticket number: 13 digit number beginning with 607 (e.g. 6072102691289). Please enter the ticket number leaving no spaces.
