You can get an application form at any HSBC branch in the UAE, Etihad Airways check-in desks at Abu Dhabi airport and Reservation and Ticketing Offices in the UAE.
I am an Etihad Guest Member and would now like to apply for the HSBC Etihad Guest Card.
All you have to do is to fill in an HSBC Etihad Guest Card application form and mention your Etihad Guest Number. Once your application for the credit card is approved by HSBC, your Etihad Guest account will be linked so that all Etihad Guest Miles collected on your co branded credit card gets transferred to your Etihad Guest Account.
