To offer a comfortable experience just before and after your journey, we have the following services at the various airports we operate from:
• Dedicated Etihad check-in desks.
• Lounge facilities for our Diamond First and Pearl Business Guests as well as for Etihad Guest Gold and Etihad Guest Silver members.
• Meet-and-assist service for unaccompanied minors, women travelling with infants, the hearing/visually impaired and wheelchair-bound guests.*
• Wheelchairs and oxygen for medical cases.*

How does Etihad ease my check-in experience?
We want your check-in experience to be as pleasant as your flight itself. So we have the following facilities and services at all the destinations we fly from:

• Priority check-in and boarding for Diamond First and Pearl Business Guests as well as for members of Etihad Guest.
• Quick boarding for families and women travelling with children or infants.
Guests travelling from the UAE to any of our destinations (except the US) can also enjoy the convenience of our city check-in facilities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Does Etihad provide complimentary transport services to guests?
Yes. To ensure that our guests enjoy a seamless travel experience with Etihad, we offer, at select destinations, an exclusive limousine service for our Diamond First and Pearl Business Guests. In the UAE we also offer a luxury coach service from Abu Dhabi International Airport for our Dubai, Al-Ain and Sharjah-bound Coral Economy Guests.
